General update here to announce that Marble Cake Fox & Nocturii DragonFruit Bat, along with the brand new Giant Halloween Meowchi are now available for purchase. We also have many other Halloween items available!

Updates
I. All shipping for the Giant Halloween Meowchi for both Kickstarter & Backerkit will be finished by the end of the day. Please wait 24-48 hours before inquiring about your tracking number. These are being sent out, you will receive one, and they should be updated and in their respective shipping systems by Monday the 21st.
II. We expect all items to make it to their destinations by the 21st-23rd area, just in time to be added to your favorite Halloween decorations.
III. If you missed out on any items you'd like for Halloween, they will all be going online tomorrow (Saturday October 19th). The time will be announced via our Mailing List, which you can sign up for on the website. Inventory is very, very first come first serve on all Halloween items.
IV. If you have shipping related questions, please wait 24-48 hours before contacting us as all tracking codes, emails, etc will take time to get fully caught up on.

I. The shipment came in while all staff were away at NYCC. Shipments began 3-4 days ago. Please remain patient while we get through them all. Estimated completion time is October 15th - 18th.
II. Please note: The structure on the Giant Pumpkin Meowchi are different than the original Pumpkin Meowchi. This is by design, as the Giants are made to resemble a Pumpkin more due to their sizing. They were "squished down" in transit, so simply plump your Pumpkin by pushing in from the butt and face and it will be much more rounded and you will get the intended shape. The indentations are by design choice, again, as the photos reflect.
III. If you placed an additional order for additional items through Backerkit, those items will ship separately.
IV. If you have issues with your package, contact us via Kickstarter of you pledges to the Kickstater campaign. If you used Backerkit, contact us using the "Contact Us" form on our website.
Please allow some time for shipments to come in. We will begin addressing emails which contain content such as, "Has my packages shipped yet?" after October 20th.
